During Tuesday's White House press briefing,Girls in the Night Traffic everybody's favorite Press Secretary Sean Spicer addressed reporters for just under a minute. He then handed the podium over to Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly, and later to Director of the Office of Management and Budget Mick Mulvaney.
